- In the Maremma, Italy's most beautiful untouched nature paradise, we enjoy the first of many grandoise eateries. We will see where and how the last Tuscan cowboys - called 'butteri' - ride their way.
- In the northern part of Latium you will be amazed by two Etruscan sites and feel the taste of hot sulphuric water on your skin.
- In Volterra, rather isolated in inner Tuscany, we will experience some more Etruscan cuisine and explore an outstanding Etruscan art collection.
- Between San Gimignano, known as the mediaeval Manhattan, and Siena we will plunge into luxurious wellness worlds.
- In Pitigliano and Sorano you will feel the old Etruscan spirit, even underground.
